Stipple Print LLC Terms and Conditions

Payment: Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Work starts once payment is received.
Production Time: Production time begins after payment is received and artwork is approved. Delivery dates are estimated and subject to change.
Artwork: Customer is responsible for providing print-ready artwork in a vector format. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that does not meet our standards.
Orders: All sales are final and cannot be cancelled or changed after 24 hours of placement.
Shipping: Shipping costs are not included in the invoice and will be charged separately. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes incurred during shipping.
Damages: The customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and report any damages within 48 hours.
Quality: We guarantee our work to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Any issues with the quality of our work must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
Intellectual Property: The customer represents and warrants that the use of any provided materials does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the invoice was issued.
